How it Started

It all started when I was with my mother-in-law, who was showing me some quilts she had made.  She encouraged me to give it a try, and once I did, I was hooked.  While my pieces may not always be perfect, each one is sewn with heart.

I began by making a quilt for each one of my nieces and nephews, and from there, I wanted to branch out into creating other items.  I started small with potholders, totes, bags, and hot pads- quickly discovered how much joy and stress relief sewing brings to me.

When I sit at my sewing machine, I feel inspired.  It allows me to create pieces that I believe are not only beautiful but also filled with love while having small flaws and imperfections.
